Delivery/Shipping of products

We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery.

Most orders are delivered within 4-10 business days. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. NOTE: Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.

Tracking of order

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. You can use the link provided you on the email or AWB to track your order & expected day of delivery.

Our delivery partners will try thrice (3 Times), then it'll shipped back to us (RTO) and your order will stand cancelled.

Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Delivery Charges

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 5,000/-.
  • If the order is RTO (i.e. return to the origin). We charge 5% of the order value for cancellation post shipping.
  • For COD orders shipping processing fee is payable in advance & is not refundable in case of RTO / cancellation.
  • Shipping processing fee structure: 15% of the total order value for value below or equal to INR 3000/- & for order value greater than INR 3000/- the shipping processing fee shall be 10%
