Shipping and Payment Policy
This Policy governs the shipping, delivery, payment methods, fees and related terms for purchases from Yellow Marigold.
1. Order processing & dispatch
- Once you place your order, we aim to dispatch it as soon as possible. Many orders are delivered within 4-10 business days (excluding public holidays or unforeseen delays).
- You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
- Orders are sent via our registered courier partners.
2. Tracking your order
- After dispatch, you’ll receive via email or SMS your Air Waybill (AWB) number and the courier partner’s name.
- Use the provided tracking link to check your shipment’s progress.
- Our working hours for customer support are Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM IST (except on public holidays).
- If three unsuccessful delivery attempts are made, the order will be returned to our warehouse (RTO), and the order will stand cancelled.
3. Shipping address & accuracy
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including postal/zip code and mobile number.
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, or if you refuse acceptance of the package, we cannot guarantee delivery or returns eligibility.
4. Delivery charges & free shipping threshold
- Free domestic shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹ 1000.
- COD is not applicable for orders above ₹ 5000.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders a shipping processing fee applies (see next point). Standard charge is Rs 200/- per order.
- If an order is returned to origin (RTO) or cancelled after shipping, a fee of 5% of the order value will be charged. This is applicable on all order types i.e. cash on delivery and Prepaid.
6. Payment methods
- We accept all payment methods listed at checkout (e.g., prepaid card/net banking/UPI, and COD where offered).
- All payments must clear before dispatch (for prepaid).
7. Damaged or Defective Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or defective, please report it to us at hello@yellowmarigold.in within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear photograph and order details.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or fulfilment of your order at no extra cost.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
7. Risk & title
- Title to the goods and risk of damage or loss passes to you at the time of delivery (or attempted delivery) to you or your nominated recipient.
- Please inspect the package upon delivery and notify us immediately if you believe it has been tampered with.
8. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on our website and the effective date revised.
- Your continued use of our site and purchase from us signifies your acceptance of the then-current policy.
