• We offer free domestic shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.

We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging, then submit a request through our Returns & Exchange page.

8. Can I see the products in-store before buying?

Yes. Select Winter Stories pieces are displayed at our Experience Studio and House Café, located in Dehradun at 6-Cross Road, near Buddha Chowk. We’re open 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM, seven days a week.
